To drive clinical development and evidence generation, the remote Senior Director of Real World Data will define and implement the RWD strategy and pipeline, manage informatics operations, and lead a team to transform diverse datasets into regulatory-grade assets. Key responsibilities Lead the operations and continuous improvement of the RWD curation pipeline, integrating AI and agentic workflows for enhanced data quality and efficiency Architect and maintain a scalable RWD platform capable of ingesting and harmonizing complex datasets from various sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the RWD pipeline meets diverse clinical, scientific, and commercial objectives Required qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field At least 12 years of progressive experience in clinical informatics with a focus on RWD, including EHR and claims data Proven experience building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams for at least 10 years Demonstrated success in a matrixed organization, collaborating with internal and external partners Strong knowledge of data modeling, terminology normalization, and experience with Python, R, and/or SQL
