Promoting and renewing assigned business insurance coverage, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will engage with existing clients through various communication channels, facilitate the underwriting process, and document sales activities in the CRM system. Key responsibilities Conduct high volume customer contact to promote and renew insurance coverage and sell ancillary products Facilitate the application and underwriting process by coordinating with clients and internal underwriters Document sales activities and maintain customer relationships following the first year of coverage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels Property and Casualty insurance license required or the ability to obtain one
