A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Voice of Customer Management.
Key Responsibilities :
Develops solutions to ensure a continuous positive customer experience and provides insights for innovative customer interactions
Collaborates with Finance and Strategy to track and report customer metrics and optimize Voice of the Customer initiatives
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes and insights, creating compelling reports that drive action
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Bachelor's degree required
Eight or more years of experience in delivering impactful customer insights
Expertise in human-centered design and innovation frameworks
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
Experience in the financial services industry preferred
