Senior Product Operations Manager

As a fully remote opportunity, the Senior Product Operations Manager will manage the operational processes of the Product organization, focusing on enhancing collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve planning, prioritization, and launch effectiveness. Key responsibilities Develop and implement operational frameworks to streamline product management processes Create scorecards for leadership to track project status and readiness without needing updates Facilitate communication between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on product launches Required qualifications Proven experience in product operations or a similar role within a SaaS environment Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices Ability to analyze and improve cross-functional workflows and processes Experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
