Job Duties :
- Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of interventions and progress.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student success.
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- Strong clinical and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children
- Preferred minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a school setting
