Medical Assistant – Highlands Ranch, CO

Pay : $25 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Assignment : 6 weeks with possibility of extension

Start Date : Immediate

Aura Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Highlands Ranch, CO . This position offers a great weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a supportive and professional outpatient environment.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have front and back office experience , with a strong emphasis on administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, patient intake, chart preparation, and assisting with documentation. Clinical experience such as taking vitals and rooming patients is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Perform patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and documentation in EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
• Support providers and staff with daily clinic operations.
