Pay: $27,000-$75,000 (depending on location and commission productivity)

Blue Link Wireless, A fast-growing AT&T Authorized Retailer is immediately hiring energetic and goal driven individuals to join our team as a Blue Link Wireless, Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate. As a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Blue Link Wireless, your role is to guide and assist our AT&T customers through the selection and buying process. In addition, you will also assist our customers with any customer service, device issues and general service and plan questions they have. The successful candidate for a Blue Link Wireless, Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate will have experience in customer facing positions, understands and appreciates a commission environment, is an upselling wiz, loves technology and is driven by attaining and exceeding personal and professional goals.

Blue Link Wireless – Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Attaining monthly sales goals and objectives
• Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate.
• Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
• Submitting all transaction journals daily
• Assisting with inventory maintenance

Blue Link Wireless - Wireless Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish required in this market.
• Competitive and eager to learn! Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
