What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, promptly communicating with Allied Universal supervisors and local authorities as required.

Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and general information about the location.

Complete detailed incident and / or daily activity reports as required by Allied Universal and the client.

Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
