Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists

for full-time academic positions. Opportunities include

Division Chief leadership

Position Highlights :

Division Chief Appointment :

$50K stipend in addition to $575K base salary; leadership role overseeing and shaping the MFM division

Faculty Appointments also available :

Competitive starting salary $550K-$575K, with opportunities for career growth and leadership development

Academic faculty positions within

Texas Tech Physicians , a leading multispecialty group

Outpatient-focused practice with flexible call schedule; telemedicine options under development

Robust patient volume (300-500 visits / month) with onsite ultrasound, NST, and procedures including amniocentesis

EMR : Cerner (transitioning to Epic in 2026)

Location : TTUHSC School of Medicine, 3601 4th Street, Lubbock, TX

Candidate Requirements :

MD, DO, or MBBS

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Eligible for Texas medical license

H1B visa candidates welcome

Leadership experience preferred for Division Chief role

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : $575,000 (plus $50K leadership stipend for Division Chief)

Sign-on bonus negotiable

Relocation assistance up to $15,000

CME allowance : $3,500 with up to 20 days
