GROWTH COORDINATOR(S) LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE CANDIDATES
- This position would be great for a Student / Intern / current realtor looking for part-time work
- WEEKENDS ONLY SATURDAY / SUNDAY REQUIRED++++++++++CAN ROTATE WEEKENDS AS NEEDED FOR TIME OFF - A NORMAL DAY IS PROBABLY 6-8 OPEN HOUSES SO 6-8 HOURS PER DAY IF YOU SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY
Primary Activities
- Prepare route for open houses in Clarksville TN / Nashville TN / Southern Kentucky (you would work ONLY in your local area) and the surrounding counties attend Open Houses and meet and greet with local realtors.
- Drop off the box for the agent-know when the realtor is busy with other clients as to not disrupt their work routine
- If realtor available-the ability to talk with them and do a binder presentation to show the realtor what we offer
- Pillar To Post Home Inspectors is the #1 home inspection company in the US.
- Set up lunch and learn meetings with realtor on site if they have the ability to do so.
- Short "live : videos at Open Houses for online social media.
- Report on sales target goals to Leadership and be accountable to goals : weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
