Overview

Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)

We are Abe, a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising. We leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to help clients reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, with the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr. Pay found in job post.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer (Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members
  • Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4 / Excel or similar tools
  • Ability to drive results and measure via KPI frameworks
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
  • Problem-solving mindset, curious and industry-forward
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
  • Commitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

  • Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs (client growth, satisfaction, NSMs)
  • Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services where appropriate

    Remote-first company; you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established businesses. Must have work authorization for global locations if applicable.
