Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)
We are Abe, a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising. We leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to help clients reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, with the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr. Pay found in job post.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6SenseAbility to delegate to junior team membersStrong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4 / Excel or similar toolsAbility to drive results and measure via KPI frameworksExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingProblem-solving mindset, curious and industry-forwardStrong organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skillsCommitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like
