Overview
Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) at Abe. The role focuses on direct work with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure work quality, and identify improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years of experience at a performance / digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataProblem solver with a competitive and curious mindsetConsistently stay on the cutting edge of the industryAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMaintain high quality while keeping the integrity of advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia where applicable. You must have work authorization in the country of residence.
