As a Customer Service Team Member , you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves with a smile. Whether it’s helping someone pick out the perfect cake or assisting with a custom floral arrangement, your role will be key in making our customers’ celebrations even more special.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Answering questions about our products and services, including cakes and arrangements
