About The Role

The Inventory Strategy team is responsible for supporting cross‑functional teams with analytics, tools and system expertise to enable top line growth. As a member of the Athleta Inventory Strategy team, the Sr Manager will have their black belt in the analytics that fuel our systems and be the main driver of data accessibility for the Inventory Management teams. They will possess a strong understanding of how all our systems, processes, tools work together to drive business results and understand the power of data in decision making. The ideal candidate for this is comfortable in ambiguous environments and is naturally curious. They possess a high level of comfort within Excel, are technically savvy and comfortable working within a cross‑functional atmosphere up and down the ladder.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Analytics

• Build, maintain, and deliver automated reporting and tools for Inventory Management.
• Train Inventory Management and Merch teams on tools, processes, and reports.
