Family Medicine Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity in Alabama (Outside Birmingham)

Ideal Candidate :

Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO).

Practice Overview :

Join a well-established team at a thriving outpatient primary care practice.

Team includes experienced MDs, NPs, an RN, and LPC.

The practice addresses a pending need due to upcoming retirements.

Work Structure :

Full-Time position.

Outpatient-only primary care setting.

Clinic Patient Volume : Approximately 20-30+ patients per day.

Weekly Schedule : 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday, 8 AM to 4 : 45 PM.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Guarantee : ~$260-$280K base; depending on experience.

Lucrative wRVU bonus in place.

$375K+ potential.

Signing / Commencement Bonus : (50% at signing, 50% at start).

Student Loans : $25K per year.

Student Monthly Stipend : $1,500-2,500 per month.

Relocation assistance.
