Career Consulting Partners has formed a partnership with a respected boutique firm in the San Fernando Valley. We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join the team. This is not a high-volume law firm. The firm maintains a focused caseload of approximately 100 active litigation matters, prioritizing quality over quantity. The owner is actively involved in every case and is seeking someone to share the litigation caseload in a fully collaborative partnership. You’ll work side-by-side with the owner on strategy, preparation, and trial execution.

The ideal candidate is a confident, courtroom-ready litigator with a passion for plaintiff advocacy. While extensive years of experience are not required, you must have first-chaired at least 5 jury trials. You’ll walk into an existing litigation caseload, with full support and close collaboration from the owner. The firm is in a strong position for growth, and this hire represents a critical step forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with the firm’s owner on the shared litigation caseload with the support of professional staff.
• Lead trial preparation and serve as the first chair in personal injury jury trials
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and expert coordination
• Participate in mediation and settlement conferences
• Help drive case value through strategic litigation and trial-readiness
• Focus 100% on litigated matters — no pre-litigation involvement
