Customer Business Director
As a Customer Business Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationship with a defense original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for military aircraft focused on sustainment, to include repairs, spares, and upgrades / modifications. You will work out of a Honeywell location on a hybrid work schedule. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for portfolio expansion to drive growth, negotiating, and closing renewal and incremental business on existing programs / platforms and executing programs in support of new business growth and RMU opportunities. The focus is on strategic capture of new business opportunities, executing existing business effectively, and tracking the growth and execution pipeline extensively. The Director of Sales will be an expert in assigned customer platforms, Honeywell content, Honeywell capabilities, and in doing so will understand the business and competitive environment and will be able to identify and close short-term and long-term growth opportunities for Honeywell. In this role, you will impact the business by developing and executing customer business plans, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and ensure the success of our customers.
