Job descriptionAutomated Cabinets : Pyxis ES Ensure accuracy and safety in verifying and checking medications, including IVs. Provide hands-on support with IV preparation (preferred). Participate in clinical rounding to deliver expert remendations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Manage medication therapy for patients across various clinical settings. Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience required. Strong pharmacy intuition and ability to work effectively within a team. Experience with IV pounding and clinical rounding is a plus. Adaptability to a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is seeking two experienced Inpatient Clinical Pharmacists for a 26-week assignment at a busy and reputable hospital located in Burlington, just northwest of Boston, MA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference in patient care, this opportunity is for you!
Position Highlights :
- Start Date : Immediate
- Duration : 26 weeks
- Shifts : Evening shifts (2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM) with weekend coverage as needed
