💊 Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Care (32 hours per week)

Candidates are required to have completed a Pharmacy Residency program to be considered

As part of a collaborative care team, youll help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care while making a meaningful impact across a culturally diverse community.

What Youll Do

Provide direct patient care and clinical medication management in an ambulatory care setting

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Evaluate and monitor drug therapy through clinical assessment and patient interaction

Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and treatment plans

Contribute to the advancement of pharmacy services and support quality improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school

Licensed Pharmacist (State of Massachusetts)

24+ years of pharmacy practice experience ideal but not required (direct patient care preferred)

Current BLS certification

Valid Drivers License

Board certification (BPS or CDCES) preferred

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
