Shift & Schedule : Nights

| 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2 : Sunday Wednesday, Thursday

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules.

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines.

Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.

Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports.

Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.

Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.

Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.

Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements.

Total Rewards :

This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)

Prior leadership / people management experience (required)

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
