SUMMARY : Management Business Solutions is seeking a Product & Operations Manager for its client in Walker, MI. The person will be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting product needs, and driving process improvements within a small, specialized team. The position involves significant customer and vendor interaction, overseeing inventory and pricing strategies, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, tooling, and replacement components.
• Interpret machine layout prints to identify and source required parts.
• Oversee light-duty assembly of machine components and conduct quality checks against specifications.
• Manage procurement of custom components, negotiating cost and delivery with vendors.
• Handle product shipping, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain and revise technical documentation and part prints to ensure accuracy.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through accurate quoting and order management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to support sales strategy and planning.
