A company is looking for a Product Manager, Agentic Forecasting & Workforce Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Build automated volume forecasting and translate forecasts into staffing requirements
Design staffing logic for multitenant workforce planning and enable dynamic queue balancing
Connect forecasting to the IT stack and build workflows for AI-first workforce planning
Required Qualifications
Direct experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems
Experience with capacity planning in contact center or BPO environments
Familiarity with systems like NICE, Verint, Genesys, or equivalent WFM environments
Background in technical product management or applied analytics platforms
Proficiency in using AI developer tools and working with structured datasets
