Paradigm is searching for a Business Analyst, to support our client, a global leader in the retail industry. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate will excel at requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration within an Agile environment.

As a Business Analyst you will :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives.
• Translate business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Create detailed process maps to document and improve business workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to establish system specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Use data insights to drive business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business analysis methodologies.
