COMPENSATION RANGE: $45K-$65K based on production and knowledge |

REQUIREMENTS: • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent customer service skills • Basic Computer skills • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have a clean and valid driver's license |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Dispatch • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. • Distribute work between technicians efficiently |
