Principal AI Scientist

A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment

Partner with stakeholders to leverage company data and drive business solutions, including direct communication with clients

Research and implement new machine learning methodologies and develop cutting-edge analytic systems to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI

Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

Proficiency in Python & PyTorch for manipulating large datasets and training AI / ML models

Experience in software development and collaboration across teams

Passion for discovering solutions using large data sets and improving business outcomes
