We're looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $25,000-$250,000. On average, agents make $115,000, but there is uncapped potential. Commission rates : 25%-40% for Redfin generated sales; 50%-70% for agent generated sales.
