Job description
To support commission operations, the full-time remote Commission Analyst will administer day-to-day processes in CaptivateIQ, investigate inquiries from stakeholders, and assist with payroll activities while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through. Key responsibilities: Administer day-to-day commission operations in CaptivateIQ, maintaining workflows and ensuring accurate processing of plans and payouts Investigate and respond to commission inquiries from internal stakeholders with clear documentation and timely follow-through Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commission calculations and reconciliations for payroll submissions Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation or commission operations Experience with enterprise-level platforms such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Salesforce, with a preference for CaptivateIQ experience Ability to manually calculate commissions and validate payouts Effective communication skills in a remote work environment, collaborating across global time zones Adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines related to commission inquiries
