Providing telehealth services, the full-time Maryland Licensed Therapist will manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week, conducting individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Required qualifications Master's Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C Experience working with children, teens, and families Strong technological skills, including familiarity with Zoom, GSuite, and EHR systems Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
