Owning and scaling the full renewal motion for a global customer base, the full-time Senior Director of Renewals will manage a team of Renewal Managers, oversee forecasting and risk identification, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance renewal processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Build, lead, and scale a team of Renewal Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance Develop and execute renewal motions that align with customer segmentation and risk tiers, ensuring clear handoffs between teams Deliver accurate renewals forecasts and executive-level reporting on pipeline health and retention performance Required qualifications: 10-15+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, or revenue operations, with people management experience Proven track record of managing cohort renewal rates and renewal-rate KPIs in a B2B SaaS environment Experience in a RACI-style model, collaborating effectively with Account Executives and leadership Strong orientation towards processes and systems, including CRM and forecasting tools Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills
