Serving as the first point of contact for workplace concerns, the full-time remote Employee Relations Specialist will manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key responsibilities Document initial employee concerns, gather facts, and escalate complex cases to senior leadership Independently manage routine employee relations cases, collaborating with managers on performance improvement plans Maintain accurate records of inquiries and investigations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations Basic understanding of employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, and FLSA Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities Experience with case management systems
