To support a growing Solutions Consulting function, the full-time Technical Solutions Consultant will uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and run the sales engineering process remotely while engaging with enterprise clients to drive value through AI-driven operational improvements. Key responsibilities Lead deep discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and value opportunities Design and refine tailored solutions through cycles of scoping, architecture, and testing Own the sales engineering process from demos and trials to presenting compelling business cases to executive stakeholders Required qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, or a related customer-facing technical role Proven track record of managing complex enterprise opportunities from initial conversation to close Strong analytical skills with experience in building ROI models and defending assumptions Fluency in APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture Experience leading structured discovery sessions that yield clear use cases and requirements
