Your expertise will contribute to a supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth.This position offers…Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no costMileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travelEmployee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College TuitionWorkplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforceAdditional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:Complete intake, screening, and assessment processes within designated time frames.Develop and individualize treatment plans based on assessment information.Document all services provided in accordance with regulatory standards.Facilitate group counseling, education, and individual sessions focused on substance use recovery.Maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, and coworkers.Handle crisis situations effectively as they arise.Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, providing feedback on cases.Assist clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:LMSW, LMAC, LPC, LMFT preferredMaster’s or bachelor’s degree (non-licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified/credentialed to provide services within scope of practice.Hold credentials as a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc.
