Description

The Digital Marketing Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing our websites, social media platforms, and digital products.

This role will be expected to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and execute digital marketing strategies effectively across our business channels.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of WordPress, Google Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, and digital marketing strategy.

Using project management systems where excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing online assets and relationships will be vital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update company websites with relevant content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and related vendor activities.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage Meta Business Suite initiatives that include ads and corporate social media pages.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors and provide feedback for improvement as necessary.
  • Ensure that information is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of the company's offerings and values.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on profile pages to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Coordinate content distribution through email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements governing the mortgage industry.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news, and leverage insights to inform future marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

  • Three years minimum experience managing digital marketing efforts, with a background that entails website management, social media channels, and marketing funnels.
  • Proficient with content management using WordPress, Plugins, and SEO tools.
  • Proficient with Social Media marketing management platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, monitor, and interpret data metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management experience using systems such as ClickUp, Wrike, or the like to organize, document, and complete tasks in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Must be able to listen and talk clearly on the phone
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on a computer
