This role will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across a wide range of business functions, delivering full-cycle recruiting and search with a focus on candidate quality, speed, and exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience. An ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable recruiting across both corporate and creative / production roles in a high-volume, high-performance environment. This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the Director of Recruiting.
