Assist in the development and implementation of the divisions CI Program throughout the network.Facilitate process improvement initiatives and guide project team leaders on Kaizen facilitation, waste identification, and root cause analysis.Provide lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement training to all levels and departments.Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence throughout the division.Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact improvement opportunities, delivering sustainable cost-saving initiatives.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.Benefit quantification and tracking program cost savings.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.Six Sigma Green Belt certification.Minimum three years of CI Program facilitation experience.Hands on Lean manufacturing and Lean deployment experience.
