Radicato, the brainchild of Chef Matt Vawter, is a modern Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. Opened in June of 2022, Radicato celebrates seasonal and technique-driven cuisine inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy. Chef Matt, recently honored as the winner for the James Beard Awards' Best Chef in the Mountain Region, brings a wealth of culinary expertise cultivated during his fourteen-year tenure in Denver. From his role as the Chef de Cuisine at Fruition Restaurant to his tenure as the Executive Chef/Partner at Mercantile dining & provision, and Executive Chef/Owner at Rootstalk, Chef Matt's culinary journey underscores a steadfast commitment to culinary excellence.

Job Overview: Radicato seeking individuals who share their passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, are dedicated to honing their hospitality craft, and find joy in the process. The restaurant emphasizes a positive and professional work environment where team members can learn, grow, and achieve their personal goals in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of serving experience in a high-level dining room, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to the culture of the restaurant family.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of serving experience in full service restaurants.

Job Duties:
- Providing hospitality to guests in the dining room. Making everyone in the dining room feel like they are being welcomed into our home.
- Working in a tip pool system where each service team member supports eachother.
- Setting up the restaurant before service and ensuring the space is ready to welcome our guests.
- Working to code. Following the systems established by leadership and following the steps of service that are outlined.
