Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the steel and fabrication industry while contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery, quality performance, and customer retention
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email
• Collaborate with the estimating team to finalize quotes and lead times
• Enter and manage sales orders, including cost analysis
• Support lead generation and actively contribute to sales growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
• Work closely with Territory Managers to enhance team selling efforts
