• 12-hour day & night shifts
• No call
• Patients per hour : 2-2.5
• Freestanding ER
• Level II trauma center - Only transfer our Plastics / Hand (some coverage), Neuro IR, Peds
• Trauma (mainly blunt), mix of all types of patients
