Job description
Managing the onboarding process for new Paid Media clients, the full-time Client Onboarding Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating client communications and project tracking remotely to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact throughout the paid media onboarding process, ensuring a positive onboarding experience Lead internal sales-to-operations handoff meetings, documenting key project details and communicating necessary information to the operations team Manage onboarding projects in Wrike, tracking timelines, deliverables, and client communications before transitioning projects to the operations team Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, client success, or a similar client-facing coordination role, preferably within a digital marketing agency Working knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads Experience using project management software (i.e., Wrike) and CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead client meetings and manage client relationships
