Global FP&A Manager
Reporting to the Vice President, Global FP&A, the Manager will be a key member of the Global FP&A Team. This role will be responsible for global FP&A activities with a strong focus on Power BI dashboard development and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and business partnering ability with expertise in visualizing and communicating insights.

Qualifications
5 - 7 years broad-based and progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience is required. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related applications. Experience with financial systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, Workday, or others. Demonstrated ability to perform open ended analyses in a fluid environment where answers are not always obvious. Ability and courage to challenge status quo. Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience leveraging conversational AI tools for efficient information gathering and troubleshooting

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : $93,500.00 - $110,000.00.
