Overview Program Director II - Day Programming Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation The Program Director II – Day Programming is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of day program operations. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote engagement, independence, and well-being for program participants. The Director will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage operational resources, and foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve service delivery. Oversee budgets, contracts, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records and reporting systems. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Serve as a primary point of contact for families, ensuring transparent communication and responsive support. Advocate for participant needs within the organization and broader community. Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and internal departments to enhance program visibility and impact. Represent the program in public forums and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in day services or related settings. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and budget management. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and advocate effectively. Commitment to person-centered practices and inclusive programming.
