About the Position

CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operators & Lease Purchase truck drivers for solo and team opportunities! We offer competitive rates, fuel discounts, and payment incentives. Whether you already own your truck or are looking to lease one, we have opportunities to help you grow your business.

CDL-A Owner Operator/Lease Purchase Truck Drivers Earnings & Incentives

  • $6,000 - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus depending on partnership
  • Annual Earnings:
    • Solo: $196,000 – $226,000 per year
    • Teams: $440,000-$540,000 per year
  • Top 25%* of contractors’ gross:
    • Solo: $4,000 per week or more!
    • Teams: $9,000 to $11,000 per week or more to the truck
  • $50 Monthly Cell Phone Credit
  • $25 bonus for very clean Roadside inspection
  • Fuel discount $0.18 per gallon
  • All Tolls Paid
  • Stable miles
  • Bonus home time in short periods with CRST Get Thru Home program Bonus home time in short periods with CRST Get Thru Home program

*The top 25% earners typically stay out 4 weeks with 3-4 days home and accept 99% of offered loads.

CDL-A Truck Drivers Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid CDL-A required
  • Minimum of 6 months CDL-A truck driving experience
