Key responsibilities Adjudicate complex customer claims using examiner knowledge and experience Deliver innovative solutions to clients across various industries Support professional development opportunities to enhance performance and career growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in building construction from an accredited college or university preferred Experience in interior and exterior property restoration, roofing, water mitigation, mold remediation, or fire and smoke damage restoration IICRC certification preferred
