Exercise & Event Coordinator

SMX is seeking an Exercise & Event Coordinator to support USINDOPACOM J6 portfolio of programs. This position is onsite Camp Smith HI. This position requires a DoD Interim Secret with ability to obtain TS / SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products. This job can't be done without those skills
• Highly organized as both focus areas require tracking multiple processes, maintaining a large amount of data, and creating and maintaining multiple products for multiple countries simultaneously
• Must be willing to ask questions, find solutions, and communicate with various organizations and offices to get the job done.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Interim Secret with ability to obtain a TS / SCI clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt quickly to change

Desired Skills & Experience :

The proposed salary for this position is : $80,000 - $133,200 USD
