Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A highly respected, mission‑driven educational institution in Orange County is seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. This is a rare opportunity to lead financial operations for an organization that blends tradition, excellence, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a 5‑year financial roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Drive operational efficiency through technology and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, loan covenants, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with fundraising and tuition assistance initiatives.

Location

Orange County, CA

Compensation

$140,000 – $165,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings / weekends

Employment Type

Full‑Time (12‑month); Fractional option available
