ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been in business for 15 years and currently lead a team of nine. We offer a strong benefits package that includes 10 days of paid vacation, PTO, 401K, life insurance, disability insurance, and paid holidays.

I graduated from Troy University with a degree in business management and am actively involved in my community. I serve on the board of directors for our local Boys and Girls Club, support our local pregnancy center, and participate in community events throughout the year. Giving back to the community is something I care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jenna Mack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
