Job Overview : We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Foreperson to lead our crew in the field, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional quality on every job site. As a Foreperson, you’ll take charge of both hands-on tasks and team leadership, helping guide and train crew members as they grow their skills. Whether it’s operating machinery, clearing vegetation, coordinating with customers, or conducting safety checks, this role keeps you engaged and on the move. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general vegetation management tasks, including :

Operating chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment for tree clearing, bucking, and limbing.

Oversee job sites, providing hands-on training and support to help crew members work safely and efficiently.

Requirements :

Completion of Groundperson Training and Aerial Rescue Training.

Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus).
