Resident Engineer - Data Center

A company is looking for a Resident Engineer - Data Center.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee large, multidiscipline design projects during the construction phase

Ensure adherence to approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements

Drive project forward through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of project experience in the AEC industry

At least 2 years of experience in project or construction management

Core knowledge of engineering and design terminology, contracts, and financials

Demonstrated expertise in project and construction management

Outstanding organizational strength and effective time management skills
