The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Accounting to lead all financial functions and spearhead the next phase of company growth. This pivotal role is focused on managing all aspects of the firm's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive financial strategy to accelerate profitability and enhance client satisfaction.

You will be instrumental in driving sustainable financial growth, building a high-performing, data-driven finance team, and making a direct impact on the company's trajectory in a highly visible role. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market leadership.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Drive the entire financial cycle, from due diligence and portfolio management to investor relations and financial reporting.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives and resource allocation.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast performance, measure returns, and optimize financial effectiveness.
  • Act as a key external representative, engaging with top-tier clients and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence and close key deals.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a VP of Accounting with extensive experience in the real estate, construction, or investment industries. Candidates with a successful history of leading and scaling finance teams in parallel sectors such as private equity, M&A, or B2B services will also be strongly considered.
