We are seeking 4 skilled Business Analysts to join our dynamic finance technology team. These roles focus on private and public investments , supporting cutting-edge solutions in middle office banking and multi-strategy private investments. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional analytical skills, experience with investment technology, and the ability to interact with C-level executives in a professional and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior executives, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Analyze and optimize workflows related to middle office bank loans and private / public investments.

Develop and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Partner with technology teams to implement, test, and refine solutions that meet business goals.

Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to investment technology platforms.

Provide insights and recommendations on system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Manage and deliver high-priority projects within tight deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university, preferably in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.

For Middle Office Banking Focus : Strong experience with middle office bank loans and investment processes.

For Multi-Strategy Focus : In-depth knowledge of private investment strategies and platforms.

5+ years of relevant experience in financial technology or business analysis roles.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with C-level executives.

Strong knowledge of private and public investment processes, systems, and technologies.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or other analytics software is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with specific investment platforms or tools related to private investments.

A track record of success in driving technology-related initiatives within the financial sector.
